Clinic was founded in 2001.
Aims and tasks:
Activity of Consultative center „Legal clinic” is a component part of educational process of Faculty of Legal Sciences and its aim is realization of educational plans of the Faculty, concerning creation of conditions for acquisition by students of practical knowledges and skills by internship, passing an educational practice, perfection of practical qualification of teachers, preparations and improvement of educational methods and practical tasks through giving free legal aid to physical and legal persons.
„Legal clinic” gives free legal help on questions of:
- defense of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens and organizations;
- civil, housing, family, labor and public welfare Law;
- commercial Law;
- defense of young people and minor rights etc.
