At the Law faculty
Of the Bila Tserkva State Agrarian University
The “Legal consultation center” was founded in November 2002 with the initiative of the Dean of the Law faculty of the Bila Tserkva State Agrarian University (Sergiy Burlaka) and with the assistance of the President of the Businessmen League of the Bilotserkivshchyna (Ivan Shylow).
Aims and tasks:
To help students of the Law faculty to gain practical knowledge and skills and to strengthen their theoretical knowledge.
The main task is to help the indigent people and provide them with the verbal and written consultations.
Aid is given in the following branches of law:
- Civil Law
- Labor Law
- Family Law
- Housing Law
- Public welfare Law
- Land Law
- Civil-judicial Law
The consultants give verbal and written consultations on different questions. They also prepare the legal documents (statements of claims, complaints, appeals, etc.) and represent citizens’ legal interests in the local courts, courts of appeal and in the other organs of state authority.
The information about the activity of the “Legal consultation center” is disseminated through the local printed mass media, radio, television, information boards and the announcements that are placed in the housing offices of the city.
The consultations are given every day on the addresses:
- 38\12 Yaroslava Mudrogo St., Bila Tserkva 09100, Ukraine, from 15.00 till 18.00 (in the office of the Businessmen League of the Bilotserkivshchyna). Tel. (04463) 5-87-34;
