The legal clinic was created and started its activity in the October 2003.
Aims and tasks:
The legal clinic aims to provide socially unprotected people with the free legal aid. Also the legal clinic task is to let the students gain the legal practical skills which are necessary for their profession.
The aid is given in the next branches of law:
- Economic Law
- Civil Law
- Family Law
- Criminal Law
Also the consultants help in drafting the legal documents (statements of claim, complaints, appeals, etc.).
The legal clinic collaborates with the “Dovira” the Chernivtsi Regional Charitable Foundation; the Chernivtsi regional public organization of the interior authorities veterans; the Chernivtsi regional organization of the disabled persons’ union of Ukraine.
The information about the activity of the legal clinic is disseminated thorugh the mass media.
