Legal clinic began its activity in May 2000.
Aims and tasks:
Creation of conditions and possibilities for students to gain practical skills, that is learn to apply its knowledges in practice. Also important task is to help citizens in their legal defense, realization of their rights and interests.
Legal clinic gives free legal aid by drafting legal documents, participates in judicial meetings, attends negotiations.
Aid is given in the next branches of Law:
- Civil Law
- Labor Law
- Public welfare Law
- Civil-judicial Law
- Family Law
- Economic Law
The information about clinic activity spreads through advertising-announcements, on radio and television, in regional press.
Collaboration:
Clinic cooperates with Regional Committee In Matters of Young People, with Departments Of Social Defense Of Population, veteran and youth organizations, women organization „Woman for woman”, with Humanitarian center of university.
